Most paint is decorative. Rayhope's coatings are functional materials that happen to go on a wall. Our graphene formulations actively break down indoor air pollutants, inhibit bacterial growth, resist corrosion and abrasion in industrial settings, and hold their finish for years longer than standard products.
The Indoor Air Problem
Formaldehyde released by furniture, adhesives and building materials is a long-term, low-level exposure that ventilation alone rarely resolves. Data from China's Indoor Environment Monitoring Centre gives a sense of the scale of the problem it contributes to:

Conventional approaches — activated carbon, air purifiers, absorbent panels — capture pollutants until they saturate, then stop working and, in some cases, release what they captured. Our approach is catalytic rather than absorptive.
How Formaldehyde Decomposition Works
Traditional air purifiers and adsorbent materials can only temporarily capture pollutants. Rayhope Graphene Composite Catalytic Coating utilizes advanced functional materials to continuously decompose formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released from indoor sources.
Unlike conventional adsorption products, this technology does not simply trap pollutants. Instead, it forms a long-lasting air purification functional layer on the wall surface, continuously improving indoor air quality.
