About Rayhope
About Rayhope
New Materials. New Life.
Rayhope Technology International Limited is the international arm of the Rayhope Group — a national-level high-technology enterprise built on China's strategic graphite reserves. From the mine to the finished product, we control every stage: raw graphite extraction, graphene preparation, applied materials research, and the manufacture of heating, coating, and wellness products sold worldwide.

Why Graphite, Why Graphene
Graphite is a nationally designated strategic mineral resource. Because of its unique structure, it is indispensable to defence, modern industry, and advanced technology. The United States lists graphite among its 35 strategic minerals; the European Union names it one of 14 raw materials "critical to the EU's survival."
Graphene — a single atomic layer of carbon derived from graphite — is the lightest, thinnest and strongest two-dimensional material yet discovered, with exceptional electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, strength, and specific surface area. Its discovery earned the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics, and it is now applied across electronics, aerospace, defence, new energy, and advanced materials.

Our Foundation: A Complete Industrial Chain
Rayhope is built around a genuinely vertical structure. Owning the resource at one end and the finished product at the other means we control quality, cost, and innovation across the entire value chain — something very few graphene companies can claim.
Rayhope Mining
Supplies raw material security to the whole group from our own high-grade crystalline graphite reserves.
Rayhope Applied Technology Research Institute
Provides the applied technology and product engineering that turns materials science into manufacturable products.
Rayhope Graphene
Our Industry 4.0 intelligent factory — high-technology, automated graphene production and product assembly.
Rayhope (Hong Kong)
The international new-materials cooperation platform, supporting global partnerships with an international outlook.
Resource Quality, Independently Verified
Our reserves have been assessed by China's leading authorities. The Zhengzhou Institute of Multipurpose Utilization of Mineral Resources (Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences) and the National Engineering Research Center for Comprehensive Utilization of Non-metallic Mineral Resources issued our ore-dressing report. Suzhou Sinoma Non-metallic Minerals Industrial Design & Research Institute issued a dedicated report on large-flake preservation — the flake size that determines graphene quality.

What We Make
Rayhope's technology reaches the market through four product systems:
- Graphene distributed heating — far-infrared underfloor heating film, wall heating panels, heaters, and heated textiles for homes, public buildings, and specialist vehicles.
- Graphene environmental treatment — formaldehyde-decomposing wall coatings and wall-covering ("a fresh-air system painted on your wall"), plus exterior wall materials.
- Graphene anti-corrosion and wear resistance — high-adhesion, weather-resistant, non-toxic protective coatings for industrial and marine use.
- Graphene thermal management — heat-dissipation materials and spherical graphite anode material for lithium batteries.
Real-world deployments include coal-to-electricity heating conversion projects, school and government buildings, villa developments, photovoltaic installations in Qinghai, a self-cleaning photovoltaic pilot with China Three Gorges Corporation, and healthcare projects including Boao Super Hospital and the Yiling Life Care Center.

Sustainability and Purpose
Our work sits at the intersection of energy saving, environmental protection, and quality of life. Independent estimates give a sense of the scale: every 1 million m² of graphene electric heating film installed avoids approximately 120,600 tonnes of carbon emissions annually. If 20% of China's building stock adopted graphene heating, the annual saving would be roughly 312.1 billion kWh of electricity, 320 million tonnes of standard coal, and 834 million tonnes of CO₂ — around 8% of the country's total annual emissions.
Indoor air quality is the second half of that story. China's Indoor Environment Monitoring Centre attributes approximately 42.1% of related health problems to indoor air pollution. Our formaldehyde-decomposing coatings are designed to address that continuously, not just at the point of application.
We take the responsibility of holding a strategic national resource seriously: cherish the resource, develop it cleanly, extend the value chain rather than exporting raw ore, and guarantee high-quality feedstock for downstream industry.
